The disc chipper is a dedicated equipment for processing logs into high-quality wood chips. It is widely used in the preparation section of industrial production such as paper making, particle board, fiberboard, etc. or a single wood chip production base.

So far, our company has formed nearly 10 kinds of specifications models of knife disc from Φ630 to Φ2700mm. The maximum cutting diameter is from Φ100 to Φ500mm, and the production capacity is from 3 to 200m3/h. Users can choose the suitable model according to their needs.

There are two types of installation for disk chipper : fixed and mobile.

And the main shaft transmission mode, one is directly driven by the motor through the reducer and the coupling , the other is driven through the triangle belt reduction.It has horizontal and slope two types of feeding methods, and the discharge methods also has upper and bottom two types for user’s choosing.

The disc chipper is mainly composed of machine frame, cutter disc, drive mechanism, inlet and outlet, electrical system, safety protection device and so on . It has the advantages of compact structure, reasonable layout, easily installation, convenient operation and maintenance, etc.
