After multiple logs enter the debarker through the cross chain conveyor and chute, they roll along with the roller rotation, colliding and rubbing each other.The teeth on the surface of the roller can cut off the bark with good toughness and promote the continuous rotation and tumbling of the log,The tooth roller can be replaced separately after being worn down, which greatly extends the service life of the roller assembly.

After the bark is removed through the surface of the toothed roller, it is transported to the waste yard by a conveyor or directly into the boiler to be used as fuel . In addition, there is an electric door at the discharge area of the roller to control the peeling and discharge rate .
